Or what I like to call "Evil Lightskins Plot Against Each Other" 
I love this show it's so dramatic and amazing and Terrance Howard and Taraji Henson's chemistry is so great.
I'm not gonna give anything away just in case y'all try to watch, but I'll introduce the main characters.
Lucious Lyon (Terrance Howard): Owner of Empire Entertainment and musician.
Cookie Lyon (Taraji Henson): Owner of Empire Entertainment (married to Lucius, now "separated")
Andre Lyon (Trai Bryers): Oldest son and CFO of Empire. He's my son I love him.
Jamal Lyon (Jussie Smollett): The gay middle child/musician.
Hakeem Lyon (Bryshere "Yazz" Gray): The youngest and a rapper.
Anika Calhoun (Grace Gealey): Lucious' fiancee.
It's basically centered around a family music label with the sons fighting over who will run it after their dad (whom has a terminal illness). It features music produced by Timbaland (Missy E and Aaliyah and a lot of other people he's worked with). This is SUCH a good show like every episode is so crazy and it features some amazing artists + guest stars like:
Estelle
Jennifer Hudson
Naomi Campbell
Courtney Love
Raven Symone
Gabourey Sidibe
I recommend you guys watch the first episode to get a feel. There's so much D R A M A and I honestly love the music. Here's a song from the pilot episode.

Bitch don't get me started on this show. Cookie Lyon delivers the best lines ever and every time she goes in on Boo Boo Kitty my soul leaves my body.
Andre won me over last episode too and I want him and Jamal to dick me down. Also Jamal's duet with Queen Estelle was fucking everything. I can't wait for him and that camera man guy he seein' to get it on.

I was neutral to her at the beginning but the moment she did that to Ms. Courtney Love I was ready for her to go. Lucious can go too playing Cookie like he is and being horrible to my boo Jamal.

Honestly does Lucious even have a conscience? He's so manipulative, he has to control everything it's so scary. 
I hope we can see Love's character again in the future. It was really fucked up for her to go through that only to not see her again. It's one thing to sabotage your fiancee's ex, but to do what she did was disgusting.

- I mean I should be happy for Jamal rn, but I just don't care about his love interests at all. I thought the first boy was boring as hell too. They're so boring I'm actually more interested in Cookie and Malcolm because I want Malcolm to be mine.
I don't like the lack of Becky in that episode too.

Ok I just finished because I had to start it over 40 minutes after it came on.

So after Cookie left her PO, Vernon told on Lucious (I dont think he was trying to track her down) and he probably went to tell Andre what he did. Andre annoyed me a little bit with that but w/e. Jamal annoyed me too when Lucious got arrested.
Now that Vernon is dead, the case against Lucious is gonna fail. And now that Rhonda is pregnant let's see what happens
Also, I just wanna say Jussie and Terrance's chemistry was amazing in that scene.
