Lucky Chloe

I really like this character a lot and every time u bash her ur basically saying "@CFW suck my ass" so like thanks for that.

ANYWAY... Let's look @ the facts:

She's a confirmed weeaboo (is white).
She has a "secret".
Her voice actor is Hisako Kanemoto.
I love playing characters people hate.

You can see she shares moves with the capos, Xiaoyu (kinda), and the other one. I can't wait to see her customization options. really liking her color scheme (pink is my fave color).

If Anna, Zafina, and Jun aren't in T7; LC will def be a character I try out. I'll be sad tho...

Pls keep the character bashing out of this thread. If you don't like her that's fine, if you do then cool - but leave the bashing in the T7 hype thread.

So was it confirmed that she's not really region exclusive?? I mean I know its most likely true bc Harada had his panties in a bunch but has he actually came out and said it?

I really like her too. I am becoming a weeaboo myself thanks to FairyTail, so its great Harada noticed and thought "i'll help him out". Thanks Harada. The only thing is with this being Tekken, we're stuck with that voice. That's my one issue with her. No options like it was DOA or SF, but i mean considering her personality the voice really wouldn't change. It'd just be a Japanese VA and an English VA saying the exact same things and trying to mimic the same accent. It'll probably grow on my eventually though.

I'm really hoping that there'll be more vids of her soon, another loketest maybe please?

I can't help but think that low attack into attack throw near the end is her rage art. Seems a bit much for just a standard attack throw, but idk.

And roll on TT3 so i can pair ha up with Lili and cartwheel to victory online madonna

I warmed up to her I mean tbh Chloe and Alisa are the only two kawaii ones in Tekken.

Xiaoyu is cute but not kawaii. Long as Tekken doesn't turn into aquapazza i'm good.

I don't appreciate her cultural appropriation. I may file a complaint? Other than that she's okay. Her 'secret' is that she has a penis, because Tekken 7 will have to compete with Street Fighter V and their character, Poison (who been have peen since 1989).

She's not that bad tbh, but I dislike the cat thing she has going on. Her moveset looks amazingly fun. I just hope you can remove the cat stuff.
Also she's alot more intresting than Marie Rose who is Lili + Alisa but 12, I don't even see the similarity outside the hair.

Ok, but I'm not gonna get mad @ Harada about this when his social media was OVERFLOWING with unnecessary comments made by people. I would have said a lot worse. What can u do in that situation? Ignore it?

Regardless if they like the character or not, you can't deny it was unnecessary and for them to sit there to say this

Where was he whining? All I saw him say is "if u don't like it i'll remove it and add a character the majority of this fanbase is constantly vocal about".

I like Chloe now but he did not go about the situation the best way.
He was whining going on and on about america when it was more than just one region.

I will say that the west has a problem when it comes main characters and overall aesthetics. Muscle white guy or bald headed space marine.

It's tired as fuck but that doesn't mean the tekken fanbase in the west want nothing but boring white males.

Does Harada have the right to be annoyed? yes and he has every right to talk about his frustrations. But the whole situation form both sides got bigger than it should have.

That's true, but I don't think he was whining about anything. It's become obvious that the fanbase here hates women and especially girls so honestly I felt no remorse over what he said because I felt the same way.

Think about it, if that design concept was shown instead of Chloe - who would be more vocal? The people who like him, or the people that hate his design? I can already tell people were interested in Chloe weren't the vocal majority, but if they weren't interested in the other concept they wouldn't be as vocal and nasty. They'd simply ignore it and continue to do what they're doing.

One comment I did not like from the Tekken team came straight from Michael Murray who called that part of the fanbase idiots, which was inappropriate as hell. You don't do that when u want people to buy your game that is supposedly "worldwide".

Do I think it was mishandled? Hell yeah, but this isn't the first or last time Harada has said shit people may or may not like. I'm just glad he's not as dumb and pressed as Itagaki.

Agree 100% I mean he gets little to no sleep same with Ono. You don't really hear this problem when it comes to western devs. (I'm sure they work night and day as well but I feel like they get more breaks)

I totally understand about being frustrated.
Murray should have kept that to himself, if not place his comment in a totally different way.
He could have said we can't please everyone and kept it at that. He also went back and fourth with a fan saying all you do is bitch.
