Indie Fighting games.

There seems to be a lot of Indie Fighters happening, sadly none are 3D..I'll blame Girl Fight for that. I thought I'd share them all and if you know anymore share them. 



Punch Planet seems to be a Sci Fi setting with a really cool art style. Character designs are good, but they still need a bit more to them? Tyara is perf tho.



Omen of Sorrow seems SNK inspired? The animations are clunky af, but I still feel like it looks fun and people accepted how messy KOF14 looked, so def should cut a small dev team some slack.



Cerebrawl seems Skullgirls inspired? I can't get into the character designs here tbh.



Fantasy Strike, a simple low input game. Seems to borrow from SF4 too much imo. Like the Golem could have literally had any grab but Zangiefs and then this Ninja girl with an ugly colour scheme is literally trying to be Ibuki. 




The booties in this game is something else. This one I think just got crowdfunded not long ago, they've been working on it for a while tho.

There's also Pocket Rumble, but I already posted it before.

lol I know I love how they do the men in that game. 

I found this vid on their twitter, I think this is their plan for the entire roster and omg if it happens, this is one great roster. I think the lore is they are all in some costume party. 

I'd probs use the greek guy and samurai based on appearance.

I would say from those I'd be interested in the last game... Fantasy Strike looks ok but only because of the rainbow girl. She everything.

Where your game at girl? Leinahan or w/e the spelling, could sell it alone.

Nnnn it's in the dumpster cause I never was able to get over being unable to model/animate a shoulder properly. I'm toying with the idea of doing an arena fighter in the vein of Power Stone / Anarchy Reigns but dunno the level of detail i wanna go graphics wise yet. Got several character ideas and the mechanics thought out already

Oh sounds hot. Would you consider cell-shade style? It will kind of keep it from ever ageing badly.

I would. I think a cartoon-esque look would go with the idea, keep it light hearted and not super cereal

Yeah, despite it's issues, I'd rather look at something cheery like SFV vs something darker like Injustice 2. Tho for once NRS, has a gorgeous game lol.
