Cosplay

I feel so awkward making this thread, but like...
I saw this picture on Deviantart and y'all Viola stans need to see it. I'm crying with laughter.

I tried cosplay for the first time this year. When you go to a gaming/anime event it's a must. I'd been to events before without cosplaying and it actually felt like I was the weird one.


My friends are getting ready for a London event in October and I've not really decided on a character, or if I should even bother at all.
I'm thinking of going as a fighter character so that dirty people don't try to hug me so much, but I'm the scrawniest guy in the world. It would be a push to even be Eliot.

Well, I wouldn't go, just because I think cosplays are the stupidest things in the world, with rare exceptions.

I really dislike so many things about cosplayers though.

If you ask me, being an exception has less to do with the person and more to do with the quality of the costume.

Hundreds of dollars went into that outfit, though she's also a professional model. But still...... most cosplays, the outfit looks really cheap and ugly.
