I think one of the biggest issues that is detrimental to an offline scene is banning characters. I'm hella shocked 2 years later, this ban was lifted. I literally can only see good things happening because of this. 

Look at this thread, I was mad as hell.

You know as soon as I heard that she wasn't banned anymore, I saw Kayane in a lil tournament using her. lmao

She picked up Tira bc Leixia doesn't do much damage, but I only saw her using Tira like once or twice since then. I hope more people in le France go to NEC tho.

Um, she said she was gonna I think around the time Tag 2 was about to come out. 
I remember, cuz she was gonna play Lili/Xiaoyu.

I think she decided to focus on DOA, SF, and SCV. idr
