Re: PlayStation Thread
OK so I just had a chance to buy a $250 PS4 off Amazon, but the seller had no ratings and I didn't want to risk it.
Re: PlayStation Thread
Ummmmmmmmm, idk about this:
Not Included:
Hdmi Cable, Ac Power Cable, Wireless Controller, Wired Headset, USB Cable, Owners Manual
Re: PlayStation Thread
Others for the same price has those things.
And yes I bought a ipod touch from there and works like new. I do have a PS4.
The second one under the first has those minus the headset.

Re: PlayStation Thread
I have. What you wanna know? I haven't done it since ver 2.0, but i streamed for Kagz and Shane a few times. It was weird because there was a delay on both sides, so like when they asked me questions through the comments, it would take a while to come through (not long), but they were seeing my stream with like a 45 second delay or something (my audio, video and mic were in sync though, it wasn't messy until they'd ask me something and had to wait for me to see it and then wait for the reply). Not sure if the delay is a universal thing or depends on the users connection.

Re: PlayStation Thread
Everything tbh. What's it like, is it easy, do you have to make a new twitch account or does it connect to a pre-existing one, does it require ps+, all that.
Since I'm buying used, it won't come with a mic. You know any good quality mics or should I just stick with looking out for a regular PS4 mic?

Re: PlayStation Thread
I've never used the ps4's mic. I have my own headset which i use. I've heard other people that use the ps4 mic and it seems decent enough quality but it might be hard to position correctly, idk.
I'm pretty sure you can connect it up to an existing Twitch account. I made one since i didn't have one at the time. Pretty sure i didn't since i never really used it and never commented on other folks so wouldn't have needed it. I bought PS+ instantly so not entirely sure if it is needed. I wouldn't be shocked if you had to get it to stream, but you'll need it eventually for online multiplayer so no biggy.
It's really simple once you have it set up to accounts. You just press the share button and basically viola. It'll ask if you wanna stream, save video clip or save photo. Once you pick stream, it'll ask Ustream or Twitch. Then it'll ask what you wanna call the stream, and if you wanna see commentators on your tv. If you pick to see comments, the bottom and right hand side of your screen will be eaten up to show them and the gameplay vid will be shrinked a little. It won't block anything out. Never picked a don't show comments option so not sure how it looks.

Re: PlayStation Thread
I was planning on getting PS+ when MKX comes out, but I guess I could just get it when it comes in the mail. Won't be a problem then.
I'm gonna look up what kinds of mics I can use. I'm so glad I don't have to use a computer for streaming now. Don't even know what games to get besides DOA5LR and maybe Dragon Age. Thnx!

I'm nervous though, I never bought a used console online before and always avoided it because I didn't want to get cheated. But I trust Aries' links. lol it shipped like 10 minutes after I posted about canceling the order sdflkakf
@Delayne I'm surprised you didn't get one yet.
Re: PlayStation Thread
I am a broke freshman in college who spends all his money on amiibos and other Wii U accessories. Even if I had it now I would have nothing to play since the only PS games I play are fighters lol

Re: PlayStation Thread
Buying a sony product used is more safe cause you can add a warranty to it later on. So I suggest putting on a warranty via PSN in the near future that way you can get it fixed or a new one.
Streaming on the PS4 is decent but like Tenks said it does have a delay.
And yeah Cowboom has not failed me and I bought a few things from there.
I am gonna get a Wii U off there too.
