I would assume you could change the button config but like people have had complaints about not being able to use c-stick smash attacks for the 3DS d-pad. Right now the d-pad is just for taunts.

No you can't. On both versions the d pad is used for taunts. So unless there's an option in the buttom config in the full version idk.

You honestly dont want to use a d pad for Smash. The analog will come completely natural to you because it's not a typical fighting game. There's a reason people favoured the GC pad.

In regards to the breaking of 3DS l. Ive played the demo to death already and had no problems. These ppl breaking them must be playing as rough with their consoles as I would with a fine azz boy's bussy. Don't worry it's all sensationalised minor cases

The full game isnt out for 2 weeks. And yes like the only cute character in the demo is fem Villager but it is just a demo. Mario's gdlk utilt is fun since it's comboable
