If u buy it new, u'll get an online pass. If u buy it pre-owned, u won't.
PLUS online mode in this is horrible. Very hit and miss.

And there's gonna be no recent or good vids cos this game over a year old, and Sindel afaik is considered flop tier. Anyone still playing this game clearly takes it seriously and they won't use her.

Just save ur money. This game is good and all, but not worth buying for one character. And defo not at the point where the game can be considered dead.

Sindel is hilarious tho.

I still see people upload videos to youtube and whatnot, I don't necessarily buy a game cuz it's "dead" (I got SCIV 3 years after it came out).

But I don't think I'll ever get this since this series has always put me off. Watching videos now I just couldn't get into it

And idk what to say about that SCIV comment. Actually, i ain't judgin. If i saw Bloody Roar 3/4 or SFEX3 i'd buy it in a heartbeat, so i've been there with old games.

I felt that way about it too. I'm not/I wasn't into 2D fighters or gore, which are the main components of MK, but I really enjoyed playing it. Everyone else I knew was hyped about it at the time so I picked it up when it was half price new.

I don't think it would be worth buying for one character, but when you play it you'd probably end up liking another one too. The online is seriously not worth it though.

Watched MK9 stream for the first time in years and seems like Kabal is the best now..which i'm happy aboot cause the KL hate for being good was annoying.

Sonya was used by quite a few players, she must be good.

Kabal was considered very good back in the start of MK9, some players defo recognised him as the best anyway. While good for KL, its still not good in general cos games with clear tops have the tops abused.

Probably the only reason it took so long for the migration was cos Kabal doesn't have a dive kick

I know the very same player that used him back then is now winning all the tourneys with him today. Cyrax is the other annoyingly strong and overused character.

I noticed too they never use X-rays anymore, that's apparently a big no now, cause breakers are so good.
