Honestly not a bad design in that trailer..well Grimer is a bit meh, but Muk looks good. I still adore Kommo-o the most tho. Olivia is such a great design, at the very least we know we battle people with her title.

That new trailer was great until Alolan Persian showed up...

Persian wouldn't be so bad to me if it was a brand new mon, but just knowing how good the original looks and the fact I didn't get the Black Panther I wanted, makes me dislike it lol. Still, I'd rather they did this to Persian than Ninetales who is perf. 

Also yes, loving Red and Blue's romance blossoming before our eyes.

But like did i read Primarina's move ability correct, in that it heals the targets burn? Why would you want an attack to remove a negative status effect on an enemy mon? So you can put on a better one? Idk im not good at this game.

I like the sub types of the starters seem a but more wild. Has there been starters with dark, ghost and fairy before? I really thought the cat would end up Fire/Fighting

It's a really weird effect for an attacking move..the only time I can see it being useful is against those Mons with the ability Guts, whose damage output is doubled when burned or poisoned, but a lot of them might just use toxic orb instead..so it's really limited if that's their point. Scald is the best water move tbh, if you're not using it, it's cause you're using Hydro Pump or Steam Eruption. I love Surf, but there's really no reason to use it with the small extra power.

Greninja was part Dark, but yeah this is a very interesting trio of starters, thank god even the Cat didn't flop. I'm definitely using both Decidueye and Primarina on wifi battles.

I'm so into the encounter theme of Team Skull. It feels like a Tekken lite theme.
