Tekken 7 Hype Train!

There's no connection from Kazuya to Asuka, so she half sister at best with Jin. But amma go with cousins cause i mena its been referenced plenty of times, and unless they pull some story where Jun kept the pregnancy from Jin, how does Jin not know about her and search for his lost sister? lol idk.

H: I wanted to initially make a female Korean character that uses Taekkyeon, but it seems like it wasn't a popular idea.

Lucky Chloe is a character to appeal to all the younger Japanese players that grew up on Anime. People that like Hatsune Miku for instance. 

Americans prefer manly fighters while in Europe (places that aren't really into Japanese stuff) Yoshimitsu is actually most popular. 

We're using UE4 due to its graphical capabilities as well as it creates the game faster. We's utilizing the engine to create realistic characters, with real time lighting as well as heavy debris effects in the environment.

We did research on what to add into Tekken 7 for about a year. We then moved on to develop the game for the next 10 months. Arcade release is coming soon within 2 months.

Manga/Game players want progression within the story as well as an ending. It's a little disappointing to put an end to the Mishima saga/family but I think the time has come to finish it. 

Q: What do you think is the bet reason for Koreans liking Tekken?

H: I don't actually know quite fully yet, myself. 

Q: With Tekken 7 development finished, what about TxSF?

H: TxSF base system is already finished. We still have to finish Tekken 7 and the planned updates (no dates decided) for it first. Street Fighter 5 comes out next fiscal year, we're still thinking up a strategy to reveal TxSF without conflict with other games. 

Q: PC version of Tekken 7?

H: We haven't finished the arcade version yet. We're considering PC version for certain countries. 

Q: Will we see Tekken 7 at EVO 2015?

H: We haven't heard anything from EVO's side. We haven't decided on it yet.

All i can think of when looking at those TxSF comments was that tweet years ago that kinda put TxSF in comparison to the Tekken span. Basically, they lied with that tweet. Pretty sure TxSF was supposed to happen before T7. oh well, as long as its still in the works i dont care, just gimme anything Tekken

His render looks really good! I don't think Katarina's looks that good at all, if I'm being honest. There's like hardly any detail in her face, it mostly goes to her sunglasses.

Most interesting new character so far.

One thing that worries me though is how the article is talking about this character being Arabic, as if he's the first one and Zafina never existed. Saying things like Harada wanted an Arabic character for the longest time but never felt he knew enough about the culture. Zafina debuted over 6 years ago. Is she not Arabic or something? Or does he just want to forget she ever existed?

I don't think they ever clarified Zafina's ethnicity, and considering the supposed backlash they got and had to slightly modify her design due to complaints, he probably doesn't want to associate her with being Arabic.

Idk but i feel the concept art was better but i mean they look the same, lol. I'll wait for a gameplay trailer

I always thought Kat's looked unfinished, always expecting an upgrade, but nope.

Shaheen is sexy, some calling him generic, but simpler designs are more pleasing imo. I hope his hair style is more styled, messy just seems too Miguel like. Plus he clearly stole Anna's moveset, that stance you know.

Zaffy better stay, why would we only get one middle eastern character?

Harada did say she's Middle Eastern, but I guess that's not exclusively Arabic. Though she has an Arabic name.

Also a new stage. Heihachi, Kazuya, and Alisa have new lifebar render picture things. So the renders of Kazuya and Heihachi we saw at the location tests were just placeholders.

The camera thing is cool but i'm not overly excited for it. You need to be able to play both sides. I hope it doesn't permanently keep each player on 1P side.
