Oh, I know why they're doing it, but the behaviour of some fans allow for them to abuse it.

I wonder if we're getting any news from Gamescom? Not looking promising, seems like they are just there and having a tourney no one cares about.

This. I am curious about the roster now.

Edit according to that twitter it seems that you can play the other characters story.
Lee is only confirmed for consoles for now and no mention of arcade.
Story mode will have exclusive outfits (no word on if they can be unlocked)
Claudio is important to the plot in stopping the devil gene.

Yes, Ms. Lee! and Violet too? That's so cool. and look at the hair in the trailer!! If he really is console exclusive then I really can't wait because the graphics are stunning. Julia and Anna are next I can feel it. When's the next event???

The new stage is everything and its obviously Claudio's. Its graphics are amazing as well and I'm excited that Claudio is really important to the story. Now just announce other characters' stories like Kat, Shaheen, Josie etc. I hollered at young Kazuya. Excited for young Heihachi too though, like that's obvi gonna be an alt outfit/customization like in MKX how they had young versions of characters. The story mode is apparently really long so pray they go through the T2 events because we could totally get Jun.

I was thinking Violet is probably a sneaky custom, but could always be the alt colour of that outfit. I was thinking it was a bit odd that the trailer ending was about console T7 and not FR in general.

Lee looking great anyway, and that new stage is beautiful. Amma need a hot track to go with it phone

Someone pointed out that MR and Bob were revealed July 17th and that Lee was just revealed August 17th. TGS will take place from September 15th to the 18th so...

@Emmett didn't they announce TTT2 at TGS?

I don't think they had anything to show last year, as it wasn't til December til we got news of FR right? I'm willing to bet we're getting news at it. But never know might get news from a fighting game tourney too. Markman did mention "Summer Jam" or something.

I noticed Lee didn't do his rage art in the trailer, probably not finished yet.

Also Lee just might be console exclusive afterall and there might be a chance the rest getting revealed will also be exclusive.

31 characters for Arcade ain't bad really so now it's about who's left for console

So no new male character or Kuma? I really do think 36 myself and tbh, tho we miss out on a lot of faves, we'd actually have done well as a group if that's the remaining roster.

Nice. This matches up basically the same time of each month thing. I'm hoping we get 2 characters at it. I'm thinking Lee was a single one cause they had the story info too.

Yeah, I'm surprised by the amount of newbies in this game. Though a few of them are clearly replacements for characters in previous games.

Would be you be opposed to a Tekken 3 like game in terms of cast in the 8th installment?. I mean this is kind of cutting it close already.

That was all guaranteed? It looked like Asuka was able to get up at one part, but maybe the options for her were extremely limited. It looked like she tried getting up but got oki'ed. Maybe she should have stayed laying down.

The side roll she attempted looked like it could have avoided it, or at the very least not put her back into the juggle state. If she was front facing maybe she could stand up in time for the block.

But thats one ugly 50/50, cause the butt flop option did a good amount of damage too. Obvs less than a juggle, but enough you dont want to eat that everytime either

SMH there was to be a tournament here in my city at Summer Jam for Tekken 7:FR but they shipped the cabinets to LA.

It's now cancelled.
